Credit card debt

In Debt- Please Help

Hi, is there anyone out there that is kind enough to help me pay off some credit card debt that has been charged up in my name.

I hate to admit it but I trusted my ex and now I’m paying for it, but my position at my job was eliminated so I really need someone that is generous and maybe empathizes with me. I know it was a mistake and it will not happen again as I have learned my lesson, but I am the kind of person that thought one could trust the person they’re with.

On top of all that, I was recently let go from my job due to downsizing and have no idea when I will receive any income. My unemployment was denied and so I am really out on a limb.

Please help out if you can.

I'm a now-single mother of 3, the oldest of which has moved out of the home. I've been struggling to pay the bills since I kicked out my abusive husband almost 4 years ago. Since then I've been barely making it, and barely making it is allright compared to not making it, however these past few months things have been getting tighter and tighter and 'not making it' is looming closer and closer. This month is the first time I've been late paying my rent, and I had to borrow money from my daughter's very modest savings account ($300, now $200) to pay the bills.

I work full-time, but I'm not making enough to cover everything. The credit cards and finance charges have become out of control and I've been having to use them to pay for gas, and food, and bills. I understand a lot of people will say 'cut up the credit cards', but it's hard to do that if the choice is 'keep the credit card and keep a roof over your childrens head another month' or 'cut up the credit card and be out on the street now'. We do get food stamps but it's not enough to cover the food expenses. I flat out will not be able to pay the electric bills this winter, unless I put them on a credit card, and I do utilize the energy assistance programs available in my area. The only help available is a one-time per year assistance payment, which covers maybe a month-month and a half. It won't go nearly far enough in the house I'm living in.

I'm currently trying to find a house closer to where I work, as currently it takes me about an hour to drive to work and the gas prices have bled me dry. I'm trying to find an inexpensive home to buy rather than rent. My credit score is very good, I do my absolute best to pay everything on time, but my debt to income ratio is off the hook. I have no money for a down payment.

What I need, what I'm here for, is to ask for a large loan, or if someone is feeling especially generous a large gift. I would need about $20,000 to pay everything off and reach the minimum 3.5% deposit needed to secure an inexpensive home where the projected mortgage payments would be less than what I'm paying in rent. I'm looking for someone to extend me a loan with a very low interest rate - 8% or under. I'm more than willing to provide a credit report if needed, my record is very good. I would make my payments. I wish I had family I could appeal to for help rather than strangers, but I don't. As for friends I have acquantainces at work, but no one close enough to ask for help. I go to work and I go home to my kids, I don't get out and socialize with my work friends. I don't go to bars, I don't do drugs, I just want to provide for my family.

If there's anyone out there interested in helping, feel free to send me a message asking for whatever information you need.

Thank you,

Jennifer

About Military Man

With the War (s) going has been stressful on alot of familys. A current problem that has plaqued the military is spouses who leave their husbands while at war. I am a victim of it. My wife left me and left me a huge debt to pay. A $15,000 credit card and a run down old house. If I totalled up what I owed in repairs of the house, credit card, car payment it would equal to about $ 42,513.26. I have a 3 yr old boy who I rarely get to see because I'm working a second job just to make ends meet. If anyone can please help me with donating a $1.00

Please Veteran in need of help. I really don't like to ask for hand outs but it has come to this, I recently got out of the service after spending two tours in Iraq, and coming home was supposed to be a happy time. instead i was met with divorce papers from my wife of three years and everything I owned including family aurlooms gone and sold for dope money by my ex wife. along with  credit card bills so high that i am in fear of having to file for bankruptsy, I am currently looking for work and barley surviving on a $197 a week un-emplyment check I have not been able to find work since i have gotten out and anything that i can find available I am quickly looked over and some one else is hired instead. they say the military will help you suceed in the world when you get out, yeah right, I have not seen a dime from my veterans disability and I would not even as so much send an animal to there so called medical treatment centers.  I have gone through alot in the last 7 years, maybe not as much as some on this site, but if i was in the position to help them I would. since i am not and i am in desperate need. please if after reading this you can find it in your heart to help I would be more than greatful. thank you for listening

Hi there. I dont know if this will actually work or not, but it's worth a shot. I'm a 26 year old mommy to three beautiful girls (ages 5, 2, and 4 months). I am married.. my husband works as hard as he can with a full time job and side jobs. we are in severe credit card debt and if anyone feels compelled to help we would forever be grateful. Our debt isn't because we are careless or live extravagantly.. we don't. Our debt is because my husband and his dad opened a business together, unfortunately his dad turned out to be a total fruit cake and kicked my husband out because he's a twisted man. My husband decided it was best for our famiy to just let him have the business and dissolve the partnership in court, which is what we did. Unfortunately this led to us having to pay a lot of our bills on credit cards for months. We just have never been able to get back on our feet after that and we're still struggling. With the rising gas and grocery prices things seem to be getting further and further from easier. But even so I know there are people worse off and I am thankful to God for always seeing us through somehow. Even though we dont make enough to pay our bills.. I still tithe because I believe it's right and I make sure to give to those less fortunate than us.  If you could find it in your heart to help us at all... any money you donate.. 10% will be tithed to help someone else in need. I'm a firm believer in what goes around comes around....

God Bless and Much Love!

I have always been a hard worker.  It is difficult for me to ask for help; but I'm at the end of my rope with worry.  I have credit card bills that I have managed to run up in excess of $7500.  My husband does not know this.  He is a stickler for not carrying credit card debt.  I am in desparate need of irradicating this debt as soon as possible.  This is the first time I have found myself in this situation and am growing more and more discuted with myself for allowing this to happen.  Please, if anyone could spare anything; please help me!  I have since cut up my cards, and am looking for a parttime evening job.  God bless.

Need help in paying off medical bills

I have recently had emergency surgery on my teeth to remove spreading infection.  My insurance doesn't cover dental and I don't have a dental plan but my medical didn't pay much since I don't have dental plan.  And i still owe back bills on previous test with hospitals.  I am a single mother with no finanical help from the father of my children since we divorced in 2005, when he stopped helping me with the bills.  I am already behind on my mortgage payments because of medical bills and ex left me heavily in debt with old credit card bills, that he refused to help me with.  I would appreciate any kind of help that is available.

Credit Card Debit

Hello, My name is Mark I am in the Military and have run across hard times. I am Married and Have a six year old and a two year old. I know most people would ask how did we run up our Credit Card Bills. Well in the past 4 years we have moved 3 times and have had to pay for 2 funerals aswell as raise or children and we currently send $200 a month to my mother. Being that we have moved so often my wife who has a college degree is finding it hard to get a job and make any money to help pay or bills off after childcare and our regular bills. I am at my wits end. I am hoping that someone will hear my plea and be able to help us with our current situation. I understand and realize that I am the one responsible but I am afraid that my mistakes will cost my children in the future when it comes to there education. Please Help Me!

College student sinking in debt while trying to support herself

I am in my thrid year of college, on loans, and i have been supporting myself on my own for the past two years.  My mother is a single parent with four children, and after a messy divorce to my step-father, she wasn't able to keep helping me at school.  I work two to three jobs on campus (depending, right now I'm working two).  I also work as a sales associate when I go home for vacations.  The problem is that minimum wage at school is $5.15 an hour and I'm not allowed to work more than 20 hours a week (which I don't get anyway).  I started charging everything to credit cards so that I could afford to buy food and things I needed for school, and now I have about $3,000 racked up in credit card bills.  I am not one of those people that just shops, but I needed to look like everything was okay so that I didn't stress my mom out more than she already was (she also has two jobs).  I am wondering if there is anyone that would be interested in helping me out.  I am planning on paying off all this debt and staying with only one card, which I will use for emergencies only.  I am thought by my family to be very responsible.  I do well in school, and I also help out a lot with raising my sisters.  It's really embarassing for me to admit to this problem to my family.  What I really want is to pay it off as soon as possible.  I am even willing to pay the money back to whoever loans it (as long as it is without interest).  The main thing is getting rid of the debt before interest hits any worse.  Thanks so much for your time.

If you are interested in helping me out, but don't have any money to donate you can also help by following my link and signing up.  Here you can sign up to win free prizes, and all you have to do is sign up and complete 1 credit worth of offers.  I get credit for referring people and can eventually win money (which will go toward paying my debt).  The offers are mainly just free trials, but I get credit for every person who signs up through my link.
